Cancellations prior to 24 hrs are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hrs of scheduled booking will be charged full service fee Rescheduling within 24 hrs of scheduled booking is free of charge IF the reschedule is done within the same calendar week. (Monday to Friday) Otherwise full service fee will be charged. Exception may be discussed on a case by case basis
